RECITALS IN MARCH - APPERANCE IN THE FAMOUS ZAGREB CONCERT HALL

As a duo with a pianist H.Imagawa, M.Paar performed for the very first time (March 7th) in the program of the the major Croatian concert agency - the Zagreb Concert Management. Piano pianissimo - the chamber music cycle of the Management and the constitutive part of its program, is held in the magnificent ambiance of the Zagreb historic Illyrian Hall and has so far hosted a number of most renowned domestic and foreign artists. Thus, special honour has been given to Mihael and Hiroyo who responded to such a challenge with an inspired performance of a diverse and extended, two-hour (!) program containing works by Gershwin, Benjamin, Brahms, Lovreglio, Klobučar, Poulenc and Schubert. Having a similar program, the Duo performed two days earlier in the town of Samobor and a day after in Velika Gorica, having the Zagreb concert recorded by the Croatian Radio and broadcast afterwards in part.
